A two-day exhibition and workshop in Kathmandu is challenging the notion that math is a difficult subject. Held by Imperial World School at Budanilkantha to mark International Mathematics Day, the event aims to showcase the connections between math and everyday life.

Students will present projects and share insights on various mathematical topics throughout the conference. School principal Junita Karki stresses the importance of making math practical and relatable to dispel the perception of difficulty.

Kumar Karki, founder and director of the school, believes the conference will highlight the role of mathematics in education and overall learning transformation.
