CPN-UML’s Suhang Nembang Enters Ilam 2 By-Election Race

ILAM, NEPAL – Suhang Nembang, son of the late leader Subashandra Nemwang, has officially registered his candidacy for the upcoming Ilam 2 by-election on behalf of the CPN-UML party. The by-election is scheduled for 15 Baisakh (approximately April 27th).

Nembang is one of seven candidates who have already registered for the election. His nomination was supported by prominent UML leaders, including former deputy speaker Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe, former Koshi province chief minister Hikmat Karki, former minister Ram Rana, National Youth Union president Kshitij Thewe, and district president Mahesh Basnet.
