A new leadership has taken charge at the Nepal Nursing Council, with Sakuntala Prajapati appointed as the chairperson by the government.
According to a decision by the Ministry of Health, Prajapati has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the council. Bimala Kumari Sah has been appointed as the vice-chairperson, while Parvati Bishwa has taken over as the registrar.
The newly appointed chairperson, vice-chairperson, and registrar took their oath of office and secrecy in the presence of Health and Food Safety Minister Nisha Mehata on Thursday. With the oath-taking ceremony, they have formally assumed their responsibilities at the Nepal Nursing Council.
