Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha is gearing up for an official trip to China commencing on March 24, slated for Sunday.
This visit comes in reciprocation to an invitation tendered by Wang Yi, the esteemed Foreign Minister of China, signifying the strengthening of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Outlined by the Foreign Ministry Secretariat, Minister Shrestha’s journey is characterized as a goodwill mission, aimed at fostering amicable relations and promoting bilateral cooperation.
Throughout his tenure in China, Minister Shrestha is slated to partake in substantive dialogues with Minister Wang, addressing matters of mutual interest and significance. Additionally, he will grace an event organized by the Embassy of Nepal, further solidifying cultural and diplomatic bonds.
The itinerary marks Minister Shrestha’s return to Nepal on April 1, concluding a significant diplomatic venture aimed at fortifying the ties between Nepal and China.
