KOSHI HARAICHA, KOSHI PROVINCE – Today, the Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) is preparing to swear in its newly appointed ministers, a move that underscores a significant realignment of political forces in Nepal.
Upendra Yadav, poised to become both Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population, will also assume the role of JSP Chairman. Nawal Kishor Sah is slated to head the Ministry for Forest and Environment, with Deepak Karki taking on the position of State Minister for Health and Population.
The formation of this new government under Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal marks a decisive break from previous alliances with the Nepali Congress. This restructuring is likely to have wide-ranging implications for Nepal’s political future as the JSP aligns itself with the current administration.
