A woman’s body was found in a community forest in Hetauda, Makwanpur, on Friday afternoon. The body, which has not been identified yet, was discovered by locals who were collecting grass in the forest.
According to DSP Madhav Kafle of the Makwanpur Police, the body was found wrapped in a white cloth and tied with a rope. The police were informed about the incident at around 2 pm, and a team led by Inspector Kishor Acharya was dispatched to the scene.
A team of police officials, including DSP Shyam Bahadur Khatri, and a dog squad were deployed to investigate the incident. The police have sent the body to Hetauda Hospital for post-mortem examination.
The victim is believed to be around 30-32 years old, but her identity has not been established yet. The police are investigating the incident and have appealed to the public to come forward with any information that may help identify the victim.
