GULMI, NEPAL – Resunga Airport is expanding its weekly flight schedule to three flights in response to increased passenger numbers. Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), which previously offered two flights per week on Wednesdays and Fridays, has added a Monday flight to accommodate growing demand.
“One more flight has been started with the growing number of passengers. Necessary coordination will be done with the NAC for starting additional flights depending on the number of passengers,” said Suman Thapa, Station Manager of Resunga Airport.
NAC operates 18-seater planes on the Kathmandu-Resunga-Kathmandu route. The airfare from Kathmandu to Resunga is currently Rs 7,280, and the return flight to Kathmandu costs Rs 7,080.
