Kali Bahadur Kham, a leader of the CPN (Maoist Center), has been arrested for the 2008 kidnapping and murder of businessman Ram Hari Shrestha.
Kham, a member of the Maoists’ National Security Department, was apprehended in Kathmandu on Tuesday. He had been a fugitive in the case for many years.
