Kathmandu police have arrested four individuals, including three women and one man, in connection with the possession of illegal drugs. The arrests took place at the Sinamangal Sukumbasi Toll, according to District Police Complex Kathmandu SP and Spokesperson Nawaraj Adhikari.
The individuals arrested are:
- Lakshmi Pariyar, 51, of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-6 in Chitwan
- Indra Bahadur Saud, 35, of Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-9 in Kailaki
- Srijana BK, 34, of Dolakha House
- Mina Basnet, 51, of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-9
Authorities seized ampoules of Nurofin, Phenergan, and Diazepam from the suspects, along with a substantial amount of cash (4 lakh 16 thousand 350). The Gaushala police circle is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
