Nepal’s Department of Weather reports that the monsoon system has reached the eastern parts of the country. Local air, westerly winds, and a low-pressure area over Bihar are influencing weather patterns in other regions.
Currently, skies are mostly clear across the hilly regions of Koshi, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Light rain is scattered across a few locations in the Koshi region.

- Hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will experience partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.
- Partly cloudy to mostly clear skies are expected across the rest of the country.
Chance of Rain:
- There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with lightning in some hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. Occasional rain is also possible in other regions.
- Gusty winds are expected in some locations of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.

- Partly cloudy skies are expected across the remaining hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
