Nepal’s Ministry of Health and Population has called for public input on a draft bill aimed at regulating the treatment and rehabilitation of burn victims.

The ministry has invited suggestions, comments, and feedback from the public on the proposed legislation, titled ‘Human Body Burn (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Bill’.

According to the ministry, the draft bill is open for public scrutiny, and stakeholders and the general public are encouraged to study the proposal and submit their suggestions.

The ministry’s law division has been working on translating health-related laws and regulations, revising and updating them, and providing legal advice and suggestions.

The ministry has set a deadline of seven days, or Ashar 3, 2083, for the public to submit their suggestions.

Feedback and suggestions can be emailed to the ministry’s law division at [email protected]
