Nepal Aushadhi Limited Expands Drug Production, Adds Three New Medications

Nepal Aushadhi Limited has significantly expanded its production capabilities with the launch of three new drugs: Centrimine, Amzit, and Amzit-DF tablets. General Manager Kailash Kumar Paneru announced the company will produce 150,000 tablets of each medicine daily.

This expansion brings the company’s total product offerings to 11, adding to their existing line that includes Jeevan Jal, Cetamol, and others. Paneru emphasized Nepal Aushadhi Limited’s potential to manufacture even more drugs with government support.

The company, initially established as a government entity in 2029 BS, has a history of growth and revival. After a period of closure, it resumed operations in 2074 BS and has steadily expanded its drug production capabilities.
