BHAKTAPUR – A motorcycle accident in Bhaktapur has resulted in the tragic death of Maniraj Ghimire, a resident of Banepa Municipality-7 in Kavre. Ghimire succumbed to critical injuries sustained in the accident while undergoing treatment at Madhyapur Thimi Hospital.
The accident occurred on Saturday at 12:43 pm near the Chundevi Akase bridge in Suryabinayak Municipality-5. The motorcycle involved bore the registration number Bagmati Pradesh No. 02-032PA 3313 and was traveling towards Sallaghari.
37-year-old Binod Prasad Ghimire, a resident of Ramechhap Manthali Municipality-4 in Kavrepalanchok Jorpati, has been detained by police in connection with the accident.
