A jeep accident in the Bhadaure Deurali area of Annapurna Rural Municipality-4, Kaski, resulted in two fatalities and ten injuries on Sunday. The jeep, bearing registration number Ga 1 Ja 5547, was traveling from Pokhara to Salyan district when it tragically fell 200 meters off the road near Sallaghari. The accident site is approximately 29 kilometers from Pokhara.
Those injured in the accident have been transported to Pokhara for medical treatment. District Police Office spokesperson, Police Inspector Surya Rana, confirmed the incident. Authorities are working to identify the deceased and injured individuals; further details are expected to be released soon.
