Dhanusha District Court in Janakpur has cleared 5,216 cases in the last fiscal year 2082/83 BS.
According to Hem Kumar Mahato, the court’s information officer, a total of 5,844 new cases were registered during the year, in addition to 4,231 cases carried over from the previous year.
Out of a total of 10,075 cases, 5,216 were cleared, Mahato said. Currently, 5,059 cases are under consideration.
In the previous year 2081/82 BS, the court had cleared 5,701 cases out of a total of 9,932 cases.
Automated Case Management System
The court claims that since the implementation of the automated case management system, service recipients have experienced faster, more efficient, and transparent justice.
According to Mahato, the system has simplified case management, streamlined the hearing process, and improved service delivery.
The court administration has stated that it will continue to make the justice delivery system more effective, technology-friendly, and service-oriented in the coming days.
