The Department of Water and Meteorology reports that western winds and local winds are currently influencing Nepal’s weather. This afternoon, expect partly to mostly clear skies in the hilly regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Light rain, thunder, and lightning are likely in some hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, with a few isolated showers possible in other hilly regions. Light snowfall may occur in one or two higher-elevation areas within Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Province.
Isolated storms remain possible in parts of Lumbini, Sudurpaschim, Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces.
