KALAKATE, DANG – Three passengers sustained injuries in a bus accident on the East-West Highway in the Kalakate area of Dang district on Tuesday night. The bus, traveling from Tulsipur to Kathmandu, reportedly struck a sal tree.
The injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at a medical facility in Bhalubang. Their condition is reported as normal. Authorities arranged for the remaining passengers to continue their journey to Kathmandu on a separate bus.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
