A 23-year-old woman, Chandrika Kumari Das, was found murdered in a house in Biratnagar Metropolitan City-4. Police are searching for her boyfriend, who has gone missing and is the primary suspect in the case.
Das, originally from Phulkahakatti in Siraha, was working at Nobel Medical College and staying in the house where her body was discovered. Morang Superintendent of Police, Nabaraj Karki, stated that initial findings suggest the murder may have occurred on Thursday. Das’s body showed severe injuries inflicted by a sharp weapon.
