Beni-Jomsom route reopens, cargo containers starts departing for destinations

MUSTANG: With traffic resuming along the Beni-Jomsom route in Mustang, 173 containers have headed towards destinations.

The containers carrying goods imported from China have already left for Pokhara, Kathmandu and other city areas.

According to District Police Office’s police inspector and information officer, Sanotosh Basyal, containers arrived here via Korala border point have started moving out of Mustang following the reopening of the obstructed Beni-Jomsom road.
