Bailey bridge at Betrawati restores road connectivity with Rasuwa

Trishuli (Nuwakot), Oct 11: The road connectivity with Rasuwa district, which was disrupted since August 26 Bhotekoshi flood, has been restored with the installation of a bailey bridge on Sunday.

The pre-fabricated truss bridge was fixed by the Nepali Army at Betrawati. It has established the road connection from Nuwakot to Rasuwa, thereby easing transportation activities. 

The devastating flood occurred in Bhotekoshi-Trishuli rivers had washed away two motorable bridges- at Bidur Municipality-10) and at Uttargaya Rural Municipality-5.
