By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct 11: A flash flood has occurred
in the Budhi Gandaki River in Gorkha district.
Based on satellite images, it is estimated that the
flash flood occurred after a landslide obstructed a tributary of the Budhi
Gandaki , at Tumje in Chumanuwri rural municipality-6.
The flood has washed away many houses and bridged
and damaged some hydropower plants along the river.
