ACHHAM, NEPAL – Two children tragically lost their lives in a fire that broke out in the Shodsha area of Mellekh Rural Municipality Ward No. 6. The victims have been identified as Bhawana Bohora, 8, daughter of Dipak Bohora, and Gopal Bohora, 6, son of Ramesh Bohora.
The fire started suddenly on Monday morning, engulfing the thatched roof of a structure. Deputy Superintendent of Police Santosh Pathak of the District Police Office, Achham confirmed the fatalities. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
