The 54-year-old Hollywood actress named Selma Blair, who stars in movies like “Legally Blonde” and “Cruel Intentions,” was arrested on the grounds of involvement in an assault that took place both on the plane while flying from Los Angeles to New York and later in the hospital. The actress was charged with assaulting two flight attendants, a police officer and a nurse at a hospital she was being treated at. The spokesperson said that the attack was due to a medical emergency.

As stated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Blair was arrested around 11 PM on Sunday when the aircraft operated by Delta Air Lines touched down at the terminal in John F. Kennedy International Airport. Both Blair and one of the flight attendants were hospitalized for an evaluation as a result of the occurrence. However, neither the airline nor the police nor the FBI has released all information about the alleged conduct of the passenger on the board.
