The Department of Water and Meteorology reports generally clear weather across Nepal. However, hilly areas, including Koshi Province, will see partly cloudy skies. This afternoon, expect increased cloudiness in hilly regions and mostly clear weather elsewhere.
Isolated thunderstorms with light rain are possible in the hills of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces. Other hilly areas may see similar but less widespread activity. Light snowfall may occur in the high hills and Himalayas throughout the country. Wind and storms are possible in parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali regions.
Tonight, skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy in the hills. The rest of the country should expect clear skies. There’s a chance of light rain and thunderstorms in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali. Light snowfall is possible in the high hills and Himalayas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces.
