Upcoming Festive Sale 2026: The period for India’s festive shopping spree is gearing up for its peak phase as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho and AJIO roll out huge sales in the month of October 2026. This year the schedule is especially busy as the top players have decided to open their sales from October 7 to October 9.

For customers, the appeal is more than just discounts on paper whereas offers from banks, exchange rewards, free EMI, cashback, early access and time-bound offers can make a huge difference to the bottom line. There are 10% instant savings on SBI Credit/Debit Cards on eligible purchases, as confirmed by Amazon, while Flipkart is giving early access and many payment benefits.

Flipkart Big Billion Days 2026

The Big Billion Days from Flipkart is back for its 13th edition with early access opening for Plus, BLACK and Flipkart credit-card members at midnight on October 8. The regular access opens on October 9. It’s no small event. 

Flipkart claims that there will be 150 million products being offered during the sale, while the total customer base of its platform stands at 500 million customers and 1.4 million sellers. 

The company further claims that there are more than 60% sellers transacting as compared to the previous year. Product categories include smartphones, laptops, TVs, appliances, fashion, beauty, furniture and even festive gifts. Flipkart’s latest sale information includes 10% instant discounts with eligible Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cards.

Amazon Great Indian Festival 2026

The Great Indian Festival of Amazon starts on October 8, 2026, offering discounts on categories such as smartphones, electronics, home appliances, fashion, beauty, and home, kitchen and other essential products. 

Up to 80% discounts are being offered by Amazon on selected categories of smartphones, electronics, fashion and beauty products. Discount of 10% is available to eligible customers using SBI credit or debit card and Prime members get extra discounts for certain offers. 

Amazon is also emphasizing its no cost EMI facility, exchange offers and Amazon pay discounts. Amazon now service covers more than 120 cities.
