Four people were tragically killed this morning in a tractor accident in Mellekh Rural Municipality, Achham. The tractor, numbered Sudurpaschim Province 01002 Ta 4979, crashed, resulting in on-site deaths.
District Police Office Achham’s Police Inspector Arjun Saud confirmed the fatalities. Two additional individuals sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving treatment at Bayalpata Hospital. Further details surrounding the cause of the accident are still pending.
