Nepal’s weather forecast division predicts a change in weather patterns for the Koshi and Madhesh provinces. These regions can expect partly to generally cloudy skies with scattered rain showers. Light rain with thunder and lightning is possible in some areas of Koshi, and a few places in Madhesh and Bagmati provinces may also experience similar conditions.
The rest of the country will see a mix of partly cloudy and mostly clear skies. However, there’s a chance of isolated light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some parts of Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, and one or two places in Madhesh and other regions.
By Sunday afternoon, the weather is expected to improve across the country. Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces can anticipate partly cloudy to mostly clear skies, with similar conditions expected in the remaining areas.
