Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine has asked his American counterpart Donald Trump to ensure that Russia sticks to the recently announced ‘energy ceasefire’.
“Americans must make sure Russians respect the energy ceasefire,” he said. “Russia committed violations of the energy ceasefire announced by president Trump… We need American pressure on Russia, not sanctions relief so we can achieve an energy ceasefire”, he added in a social media post. Neither Trump nor his office have responded yet.
