Russia-Ukraine War Latest News: Four killed in Ukrainian attacks on Russian-controlled Luhansk region

Four civilians have been killed, and five others are injured after Ukrainian attacks on the Russian-controlled Luhansk region in the past 24 hours, its Russian-installed governor Leonid Pasechnik said.

“Vehicles, residential buildings, energy facilities, and civil and commercial infrastructure were damaged,” he wrote on Telegram.
