Spanish giants Real Madrid secured their record-extending 15th Champions League title after defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in a thrilling final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.

The victory marks a dominant return to the European throne for Real Madrid, solidifying their position as the most decorated club in Champions League history.

The match remained scoreless in the first half, keeping fans on the edge of their seats. However, the second half saw a surge of goals for Real Madrid. Dani Carvajal opened the scoring in the 74th minute, followed by a decisive goal from Vinicius Junior nine minutes later.

Borussia Dortmund, seeking their first Champions League title since 1997, were unable to overcome Real Madrid’s offensive prowess. This loss adds to their previous defeat in the 2013 final against Bayern Munich.
