After the quarter-final exit at the Arctic Open 2026, the two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu is back in action again at the Denmark Open 2026. She is gearing up to face Germany’s top ranked women’s singles shuttler, Yvonne Li on Tuesday, October 13 in the round of 32.
Sindhu, ranked 10th in the world, enters the Denmark Open looking to bounce back from her recent deep run in Vantaa, Finland. At the Arctic Open, she showed glimpses of her vintage form before bowing out in a three-game quarter-final clash against Thailand’s Ratchanok Intanon. Prior to her stint in Finland, Sindhu spearheaded the Indian contingent at the 2026 Asian Games, where she fought her way to the quarter-finals before falling to China’s Chen Yufei.
