The government has yet to announce a release date for the 24th instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme. As of 13 October, the scheme's official website lists the 23rd instalment, released on 20 June.

Under PM-Kisan, eligible farmer families receive ₹6,000 annually in three equal instalments of ₹2,000, generally paid every four months, according to Press Information Bureau (PIB) notification. The next instalment could arrive during the August-November payment cycle, but the government has not confirmed a date. Farmers should therefore treat expectations of an October payout as tentative.
