KATHMANDU: The Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has clarified no increment in internet service charges, warning it will take action against the service providers charging high tariff than the approved rate and operating services in an unauthorized way.

Drawing attention to news reports published in the media of late about an increase in internet service charges, the NTA has recently clarified it has not received any proposal from internet service providers to hike prices.
