The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a dynamic new jersey design for the upcoming T-20 World Cup in America and the West Indies this June. A formal unveiling ceremony will be held soon.
The jersey’s striking design features a red, light gray, and white color scheme. Nepal’s name is written boldly across the center in blue, with the CAN logo on the left and the T-20 World Cup logo on the right. The collar is red, and Nepal’s national flag adorns both sleeves. Kelme’s logo is featured prominently.
A stylized image of Mount Everest stands out on the back of the jersey, with the player’s name and number above it. This jersey marks a departure from the design currently worn by Nepal’s senior team.
Nepal is placed in Group D of the T-20 World Cup alongside South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Netherlands. The top two teams in each group will qualify for the Super 8 stage. This marks Nepal’s first T-20 World Cup appearance since 2014.
