Nepali Congress General Secretary Pradeep Paudel has stated that the party’s 15th national convention will take place as scheduled. Speaking at a program organized by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26 Ward Committee, Paudel said the party has planned to hold the convention from Ashar 16 to 19, 2083, in Kathmandu.
“The party’s central working committee meeting will decide on holding the convention as scheduled,” he said. Paudel also expressed concerns over recent attempts to weaken and defame the party, urging all leaders and cadres to be vigilant.
He also highlighted the party’s increased presence in digital media, stating that Nepali Congress has become the most active party in this medium. Paudel added that the party will now select candidates for local levels from among its active members.
