Nepal’s Foreign Minister Shishir Khanel has launched the Nepal E-Certification System, aimed at making consular certification services more convenient, transparent, organized, effective, and technology-friendly.
The system, developed by the Consular Services Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, allows for online applications for consular certification of educational certificates, recommendation letters, basic documents, and other necessary documents issued or certified by government agencies in Nepal.
According to the ministry, the new system will enable service recipients to apply for consular certification online, making the service process faster, easier, and more transparent. It is also expected to save time and costs for service recipients.
