The presentation of the government’s budget for the fiscal year 2081-82 BS (2024-25) has been postponed by two hours at 3 p.m. today.
Earlier, Speaker Devraj Ghimire had scheduled the budget speech for 1 pm today before a joint sitting of the Federal Parliament.
However, the program has now been rescheduled for 3 pm.
Finance Minister Barshaman Pun will be presenting the budget for the upcoming fiscal year in the joint parliamentary session today.
