Ncell Axiata inaugurated a new Ncell Centre in Damauli on Thursday, aiming to provide comprehensive customer service locally.
Located in Maharshi Chowk, Byas Municipality 3, the center offers a wide range of services under the company’s brand promise of “Today, Tomorrow, Together” and the theme “Here for You.”
The center was officially opened by Stephen Rodriguez, chief of staff at Ncell Operations, during a special function.
The new Ncell Centre is fully operational and provides direct customer service to the Damauli community. Residents can visit the center for various services, including:
- General inquiries on Ncell products and services
- SIM card subscriptions
- Internet settings assistance
- Enterprise service information
- Upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM
- Replacing SIM cards
- Converting to e-SIM
- Modifying Closed User Group (CUG) numbers
- Business service plans
- International roaming information
This new center strengthens Ncell’s commitment to providing convenient and accessible customer service across Nepal.
