There was a significant drop in the performance of Yami Gautam’s Nayyi Navelli in terms of box office collections on Monday, a day after the completion of the film’s first week at the theaters. Although the film had started making money from the very beginning, it was bound to experience the typical dip that comes with the arrival of weekdays, as audience attendance begins to fall after the weekends.
Nayyi Navelli Day 4 Collection: Film Earns Rs 2.50 Crore on Monday
Nayyi Navelli collected Rs 2.50 crore during its fourth day in cinema halls. The Monday earnings showed that there was a decline in collection as compared to the previous weekend collection of the movie. The reason for this was that although during weekends there is a bigger number of people because the weekend means free time for the audiences, the performance of the film after that depends on the word of mouth. Yami Gautam’s performance in the film and the overall reaction to the film would still be a determining factor for its future performance in theaters.
