There is drama in today’s episode of Karthika Deepam 2 when the family of Shiva Narayana arrives at the home of Malini for questioning her about the whereabouts of Jyotsna. Malini denies knowing anything about Jyotsna and cries out that she feels like there is no meaning in her life because her own relatives do not trust her. But Shiva Narayana does not believe her statement and accuses Suraj of playing with the feelings of his granddaughter under the name of love. Deepa and Karthik question the behavior of Malini and wonder whether she keeps hiding or harming Jyotsna on purpose. The conversation quickly turns into an open argument between Dakshinamurthy and Shiva Narayana. In a shocking scene, Dakshinamurthy rips off the shirt of Shiva Narayana and stuffs ₹1,000 in Dasaratha’s pocket.
