VIZIANAGARAM:
Confederation of Real Estate Development Authority of India’s (CREDAI) Andhra Pradesh vice-president K.S.C. Bose on Tuesday (October 13, 2026) requested the State government to improve civic infrastructure along the Vizianagaram-Bhogapuram and Vizianagaram-Visakhapatnam routes . He said the city had been witnessing rapid progress following a series of development activities undertaken by the government.
He said that the construction of a Google data centre near Anandapuram on the Visakhapatnam-Vizianagaram route, a Reliance data centre at Bhogapuram and the proposed aviation university near Alluri Sitarama Raju airport would make Vizianagaram a destination for homebuyers in the next few years.
