GTA 6 Latest News: Rockstar Games is bringing the world of Grand Theft Auto VI closer to reality as Miami prepares for official promotional displays inspired by the fictional Vice City. From beach umbrellas and downtown banners to a Miami Heat basketball event, the campaign is building excitement ahead of the game’s scheduled November 19, 2026, release.

At the same time, fresh footage attributed to leaker CyberLeek has sparked debate over alleged gameplay features, including character nudity and first-person views. The same account has also linked a promised release of the alleged full game build to a cryptocurrency market-cap target of $30 million, raising questions about the credibility of its claims.

GTA 6 Latest News: Miami Beach Branding and Downtown Banner Start October 15

Miami is preparing to become a major part of Rockstar Games’ promotional push for Grand Theft Auto VI. From October 15, two city-approved initiatives will allow GTA 6-themed branding to appear on Miami Beach and in a designated downtown area. The campaign connects the real-world city with Vice City, the fictional setting inspired by Miami in the upcoming game.

Under the Miami Beach plan, the city manager will negotiate a marketing agreement that allows discreet Vice City and GTA 6 branding on beachfront concession equipment, including chairs and umbrellas. The downtown Miami ordinance will permit temporary promotional banners in a defined Event Area, subject to rules governing their size and fees. The banners can remain for up to 56 consecutive days and must come down by December 31.

The October 15 start date gives Rockstar several weeks to build visibility before the game’s scheduled launch on November 19. However, the beach and downtown initiatives are separate from the company’s private promotional arrangements with local sports venues.

GTA 6 Latest News: Kaseya Centre Sign and Miami Heat’s Vice City Game

The campaign has already reached the Kaseya Centre, home of the Miami Heat, where a large rooftop sign reading “Welcome to Vice City” has been installed and illuminated. The sign brings the game’s fictional identity into the real Miami skyline. CBS Miami reported the installation in September.

The Miami Heat will take the promotion further on November 18, when the team faces the Milwaukee Bucks in an event branded as “A Night in Vice City”. The game is scheduled for the evening before GTA 6’s release and is expected to feature themed uniforms and a custom court, with a national ESPN broadcast planned.

Together, the rooftop sign, beach branding, downtown banners and basketball event give Rockstar several ways to promote the game in the city that inspired its fictional setting. Broader county-level proposals have faced opposition, leaving the city-approved initiatives and private partnerships as the campaign’s main visible elements.
