Flight services to and from Riyadh remain disrupted

Five services to and from Riyadh scheduled to operate through the Cochin International Airport were cancelled on Friday (October 9, 2026) owing to security concerns.

The flights that were supposed to arrive from Riyadh at 7:40 a.m. and 11:35 p.m. were cancelled. Three scheduled departures at 11:35 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. were also cancelled.

Passengers were advised to contact their respective airlines for updated flight information and alternative travel arrangements, said a statement issued by the airport.
