Everton have confirmed that owners The Friedkin Group (TFG) are exploring new investment options for the Premier League club, including the potential sale of a controlling interest.
In an official statement, the club said the ownership group believes it is time to consider Everton’s next chapter after providing financial stability and helping complete the move to the new Hill Dickinson Stadium.
TFG took charge of Everton in December 2024, from Farhad Moshiri when the club was facing financial uncertainty and challenges both on and off the pitch. The American group said its initial priority was to provide the investment and support needed to secure the club’s future.
