Dani Carvajal To Getafe: Deal Confirmed After LaLiga Approval
Getafe have completed the signing after resolving the financial regulations issue that had threatened to derail the transfer. Spanish newspaper AS reported that club president Angel Torres provided a personal guarantee to help meet LaLiga’s financial requirements, clearing the way for the move.
Carvajal had already completed his medical examination and reached a verbal agreement with Getafe last week. The defender has signed a contract until June 30, 2027. The transfer carries no fee because Carvajal was available as a free agent.
