Central University of Karnataka (CUK) Vice-Chancellor Battu Satyanarayana flagged off a 43-member delegation from Karnataka on Saturday for a week-long educational and cultural visit to Madhya Pradesh under the Yuva Sangam Phase VII programme.
The delegation comprises 40 students from various districts of Karnataka and three faculty members. The visit, scheduled from October 10 to 17, is being coordinated by CUK under the Ministry of Education’s ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative. The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Bhopal, is the host institution.
The programme aims to promote cultural exchange, national integration and mutual understanding between Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh by familiarising students with the host State’s cultural heritage, educational institutions and technological advancements.
