A 12-year-old boy, Prince Saru of Gulmi Darbar Rural Municipality-2, was tragically found dead after going missing while swimming in the Badigad River. This was confirmed by District Police Office spokesperson, Suryabhan Chaudhary.
The child went missing on Saturday afternoon at the river’s source. Sadly, a search conducted by police and locals on Sunday morning resulted in the discovery of his body at the swimming location.
The boy’s body has been transferred to Gulmi Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
