The official residence of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAA), Roshan Adhikari, in Marma Rural Municipality, Darchula, was attacked by an unknown group on Thursday night. The attackers threw stones and started a fire while the officer was sleeping.
While the incident caused property damage, no injuries were reported. Jamansingh Dhami, the municipality’s chairman, confirmed the police are investigating the attack.
