A 16-month-old boy has died after falling from a bed in Bhaktapur Municipality-1 Kamalbinayak.
The child, identified as Samrat Khadka, son of Saru Khadka, originally from Ramechhap, was residing in Kamalbinayak with his family. According to District Police Complex Bhaktapur DSP Rajan Karki, Samrat was playing when he fell from the bed and sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to Madhyapur Hospital but succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The police have begun investigating the incident.
