A new cave named Sarpani has been discovered near Pauwa, Bandipur Rural Municipality-2. Stretching approximately 20 meters in length, the cave adds to the allure of Bandipur, a popular hill station often referred to as the “Queen of the Hills.”
The discovery was made on Thursday during a search for potential rock climbing sites. Village Chairman Surendra Bahadur Thapa was part of the team alongside adventure tourism businessman Chandra Ale, paragliding pilot coordination chief, and tourism businessman Sukram Tamang.
